Overview
On the first day, Prof. G. P. Raja Sekhar from IIT Kharagpur inaugurated the event alongside the Vice Chancellor, Prof. P. Nagabhushan; Dean of the School of Applied Science & Humanities, Prof. N. Srinivasu; and the Heads of the Departments of Mathematics, Information Technology and Advanced Computer Science and Engineering, as well as the conference convenors. The opening ceremony included cultural performances and Prof. Raja Sekhar delivered a plenary talk on “Computational Modelling of Gravity Wave Interaction with Coastal Structures and Composite Fluid-Porous Structures”. The conference welcomed over 100 participants from around the world. Notable speakers on the first day included Prof. Zulqurnain Sabir from Lebanese American University, Lebanon; Prof. Nabil Mlaiki from Prince Sultan University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Prof. Digambar Pawar from the University of Hyderabad.
