The conference began on September 26, 2024, with a grand inauguration attended by Sri L. Sri Krishna Devarayalu, Member of Parliament and Vice Chairman of Vignan's group, along with distinguished guests including Dr. Santo Banerjee from Politecnico di Torino, Italy; Prof. G. Srinivasa Rao from The University of Dodoma, Tanzania; Prof. Arup Kumar Das from ISI Kolkata, India; Prof. Samarjit Kar from NIT Durgapur, India; Prof. Padi Tirupathi Rao from Pondicherry University, India; Prof. Shiv Datt Kumar from MNNIT Allahabad, India; Prof. Srinivasa Rao Pentyala from IITISM Dhanbad, India; Dr. Ananta Kumar Majee from IIT Delhi, India; Dr. Ranjan Kumar Jana from SVNIT Surat, India; and Dr. Asit Saha from Sikkim Manipal University, India.
