Physics department has a unique program to reorient the young minds of the newly joined students towards various skill sets and training. For adopting to new innovative lifestyle catering to industrial needs. The students are inducted into various orientation programs so that they get hands-on training by the skilled professional trainers. Usually, each program is module for a weekday which includes setting the short- and long-term goals and counselling the students to achieve the set goals. The training also includes lifelong learning skills, like soft skills and communication skills, analytical skills like mathematical modelling and problem solving. To have a different dimension to their thinking capabilities concepts of lateral thinking, thinking out of the box are introduced to the students in the first semester. To make students to be more responsible for environmental safety and security, concepts of green energy, clean environment and pollution free are introduced.

As a proud father, I am delighted to reflect on my daughter Utpala Srivishnupriya’s academic achievements and the immense support she received from VFSTR Deemed to be University in pursuing her goals. I would like to thank the unwavering support of the VFSTR University along with faculty members for securing a position with one of the leading multinational corporations, Accenture with her hard work and dedication.
Overall, my daughter’s educational journey was a testament to the dedication of both the student and the university. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the university’s management and faculty successfully fostered a collaborative environment, paving the way for a bright future of my daughter.
The time I spent in the thin film laboratory gave me immense experience in expertise in thin film deposition techniques. The hands-on experience in working with state-of-the-art machines and cutting-edge tools has prepared me to tackle complex problems in my field.
The hands-on approach to the synthesis and characterization of Nanomaterials has allowed me to sharpen my skills and explore novel solutions. I’m grateful for the guidance I received from the supervisor to accept the challenges which have raised my confidence levels and expertise in my field.
The road to my PhD was an unbelievable experience. My PhD journey was successful since my mentor created a work-friendly and proactive environment.
