Return - Replacement -Refund
Every product that we ship out is processed with at-most care to ensure you get exactly what you had hoped for and a bit more. That said, sometimes the "Oops" do happen that may require you to get a replacement or refund. We request you write to us at infobrandmall@vignan.ac.in with the subject tag "Replacement & Refund" along with your order number.
We accept return, replacement, and refund requests for consideration within 10 days of the products delivered to you.
Following scenarios have been derived based on our extensive experience working with online customers.
Scenario 1: Your Parcel Appears to have a Missing Item
- Drop us a mail at infobrandmall@vignan.ac.in detailing the missing item from order.
- We would dispatch your missing product asap OR refund you your amount.
Scenario 2: You Received a product that is Either Damaged or has a Manufacturing Defect
- Drop us a mail at infobrandmall@vignan.ac.in and attach a photo of the damaged product.
- We would get the damaged product picked up and dispatch a fresh product asap OR refund you your amount.
Scenario 3: You Received the Wrong Item
- Accept our apologies on the "Oops" - Drop us a mail at infobrandmall@vignan.ac.in with details of the wrong item.
- We would get the wrong item picked up and send you the correct item OR refund you your amount.
Scenario 4: You want to Exchange the Item because the size doesnt Fit you as well as you would like it to

- We would send you the replacement OR refund you your amount.
Scenario 5: You want to Return a Product "Just because you dont like It
- Drop us a mail at infobrandmall@vignan.ac.in Ship us the product at: The Vignan's Brand Mall- VFSTR - Vadlamudi, Tenali - 522306, Andra Pradesh, India
- We would send you the replacement OR refund you your amount.
- Re-stocking fee may apply.
General Terms & Conditions for Return, Replacement, & Refund
- Customers can return their order within 10 days of the order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The product amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
- If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable courier service.

Refund Process & Timeline
- The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days.
- For refund in Cash on delivery, the customer has to provide his bank details on infobrandmall@vignan.ac.in.
- We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
- If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. For queries, you can write to us or just give us a call.
