A new initiative that bridges industry academia gap

About the Program

The Faculty Industry Immersion Program (FIIP) is a flagship initiative of VFSTR designed to enable faculty members to immerse themselves in real-time industrial environments for a defined duration. The program empowers faculty with practical exposure to cutting-edge technologies, tools, and industry best practices, while fostering stronger collaborations with industry for research, innovation, and curriculum development.
Through this initiative, faculty act as bridges between industry expectations and academic excellence, significantly enriching the teaching-learning ecosystem.

Program Tenure

  • Minimum Duration: 3 Months
  • Maximum Duration: 6 Months (Flexible based on project scope and mutual agreement)
