Vignan hosts a comprehensive six-day orientation program for new students. The program includes goal-setting and orientation to Vignan's lifestyle, psychological counseling, comprehensive career training, civil service preparation, educational quality sessions by the Vice Chancellor, stress assessment and management, and discussions on society and nature.

Training for an Extra Edge
Campus Recruitment Training (CRT)
A 200-hour program that offers rigorous training and learning opportunities to students aspiring for campus placements. The program covers training on quantitative ability, verbal ability, reasoning skills, soft skills and mock interview sessions, conducted by both in- house and external experts.
Win-Win tie-ups with Industry
The university has MoUs with industry for curriculum development, collaborative R&D, as well as for training students and faculty members. We also have MoUs for student internships with VEDA IIT, Virchow, ZOHO, Hetero Biopharma Limited, Nova Agri Tech Limited, and KOREA TECH.

Vignan also collaborates with FACE, ITC etc., to provide better placements and internships in software and core areas. The university has been accredited by TCS.
Anti Ragging
According to the Indian Penal Code (IPC), ragging is a social ill and a crime. As such, students are not allowed to engage in any kind of ragging on or off campus. As a defender of high moral standards and values.

Grievance Redressal
A committee attends to both the academic and personal problems of the students, such as academic functioning, lab facilities, access to information, unfair evaluation in exams (if any), and any discrimination based on gender or social status.
Hostel Life
Your first year stay at the University will be packed with exciting possibilities. The on-campus hostels for boys and girls, will provide you a home away from home with every comfort and amenity. The campus hostel can accommodate 1300 boys and 1200 girls. Each hostel has an exclusive and dedicated team to take care of the students’ welfare. The hostel dispensary is manned by a doctor and a nurse, with facilities for first-aid and treatment of minor ailments. A 24X7 ambulance facility is available for emergencies.
