The two-day CCSEA Sponsored National Conference on Redefining Experimental Pharmacology organized by the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Vignan s Foundation for Science, Technology and Research (VFSTR), on 13th and 14th March 2026 at the Sangamitra Conference Hall, N-Block, served as a significant academic forum for advancing knowledge and discussion in the field of experimental pharmacology. The conference was meticulously structured to deliver a series of high-impact scientific lectures by eminent experts from premier government research organizations, thereby fostering a deeper understanding of emerging trends, ethical considerations and innovative research methodologies.

The lecture sessions formed the core of the conference, comprising six scientific sessions delivered by distinguished scientists from reputed institutions such as IICT, CCMB, CCSEA, CSIR, and ICMR. Each lecture was carefully curated to address key challenges and future directions in experimental pharmacology, providing participants with a comprehensive perspective on the evolving landscape of biomedical research.

Dr. Vivek Tyagi delivered an insightful lecture focusing on advanced experimental pharmacological models, IAEC constitution and their relevance in modern drug discovery. He emphasized the importance of integrating innovative in vitro and in vivo systems to enhance the predictive accuracy of pharmacological studies. His talk highlighted the need for robust experimental designs that align with regulatory expectations and translational outcomes.

Dr. Sistla Rama Krishna presented an engaging session on molecular pharmacology and the role of biomarkers in disease diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring. The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Vignan s Foundation for Science, Technology and Research (VFSTR), Guntur, Andhra Pradesh successfully organized a two-day CCSEA Sponsored National Conference on Redefining Experimental Pharmacology on 13th and 14th March, 2026 at the Sangamitra Conference Hall, N-Block. The conference served as a vibrant academic platform aimed at re-defining modern approaches in experimental pharmacology while fostering innovations, ethical practices and interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, academicians and industry professionals.

The inaugural session commenced with a formal welcome for a knowledge-rich and engaging scientific gathering. The conference brought together eminent scientists and experts from reputed government research organizations such as IICT, CCMB, CCSEA, CSIR and ICMR, NIN. Their presence significantly enriched the scientific depth and relevance of the event.
