We have received around 48 abstracts from different parts of India out of which 14 abstracts have been selected for oral presentation and 27 abstracts have been selected for poster presentations. The total program has been scheduled for 2 keynote addresses, and 12 invited lectures with four key themes namely, sessions in two days. There around 48 abstracts were.received from different parts of India. The chief guest of the conference Prof. Anil.K. Bhatnagar, Honorary Scientist, School of Physics, University of Hyderabad presented the importance of functional materials and their significance in our culture than we realize. Materials have contributed to the advancement of several technologies, including medicine & health, information & communication, national security & space, transportation, structural materials, arts & literature, textiles, personal hygiene, agriculture & food science & the environment.
