Udbhav-2K24 launched at Vignan’s University
National level management meet 'Udbhav-2K24' was held at Vadlamudi Vignan’s University in Chebrolu mandal on Monday. The event was organized by the Department of Management Studies, Department of Management Studies, Kaizen (Key to Ambience and Intellectual Zone of Excellence for Novelty) School of Law and Management. Dr. Sushil Kumar, Assistant Professor, IIM, Visakhapatnam was the chief guest at the event. First, the torch was lit and the program was started. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sushil Kumar discussed how the management sector is developing due to technological disruptions, globalization and changing social expectations. He emphasized the importance of continuous learning in today's dynamic business environment. All students should develop their communication skills and take advantage of the opportunities that have come their way. We need to learn to make the habit of making the right use of time. The habit of comparing everything with others should be stopped. If possible, we should try to become new start-ups or entrepreneurs.
V.C., Sales Manager, Micro Labs Limited, Hyderabad, was the chief guest at the event. Speaking on the occasion, Murali Krishna Raj shared his personal journey in the corporate world with the students. He explained how effective it is to achieve success in the field of business, sales, leadership qualities and innovation. He stressed on the importance of data-driven decision-making, customer relationships, opportunities in the marketing sector and adaptability in the face of market changes. Moreover, every student will be able to get better employment and higher positions in life only through skill development to keep pace with the ever-changing conditions, he added. Students should develop activities such as networking, collaboration, decision making and leadership development.
Raghavendra Ponnaganti, deputy manager and alumnus of Dreamplug Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, explained the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship and networking and explained about the students' own career paths and how to overcome challenges.
Dr. Lavu Rathaiah, Chairman, Vignan’s Educational Institutions, who was the chief guest at the event, said that all students should be ready to leave comfort zones and take up new challenges. Continuous learning and flexibility are required to move forward in a competitive business world.
Later, the chief guests who attended the event were felicitated. As part of 'Udbhav-2K24', the students were presented with young manager, business plan, market makers, team building, HR event, paper presentation, business quiz, mock trading, short film competition, treasure hunt, Mr and Miss Udbhav, solo dance, group dance, Vignan premier league, photography competition, singing contest. A special guest lecture on "Business Development – Sales – Distribution – Career Path Growth – Interview Techniques – Campus to Corporate Specialist", was jointly organized by the Department of Industry Relations, Department of Industry Relations, School of Management and Law Department, Vadlamudi Vignan’s University, Chebrolu Mandal. Bajaj Chetak Electric Vice President, Pune, M. Sudhakar was the chief guest at the event. Maharana said that for students to succeed in interviews, it is important to do research and give clear and analytical answers before giving correct answers to the questions. Understanding the current market conditions, identifying the expectations of the people in question, and those with good communication skills will increase your chances of being selected in the interview. Campus to Corporate is about transforming students from academic life to the corporate world and teaching them the capabilities and technologies they need.
Punctuality, customer-centric experience, data expertise and business awareness should be considered as important aspects of this transition phase. He said skill upgradation, appropriate training and practical experience are very important for the youth to succeed in this change. If you want to grow from the primary level to the highest level in the company. It is important for the employee to constantly learn at every stage and understand new technologies and market trends. Also, students who want to set up companies said that the sales department is very crucial for any company and it directly contributes to customer satisfaction and growth in the company's revenue. If good sales representatives are hired, they will be able to understand the needs of the customer and market their product or services effectively. It is important to gain customer confidence if sales are to be the most successful. Similarly, distribution channels are also crucial in the process from where the product is manufactured to reach the customer. Companies with an excellent distribution network can meet customer needs with speed as well as efficiency. Later, the chief guest was felicitated. Deans, heads, faculty and students of the respective departments participated in the programme.

Teachers Day Celebrations
In India, 5th September is celebrated as Teachers’ Day as a mark of tribute to the contribution made by teachers to the society. 5th September is the birthday of a great teacher Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, a staunch believer of education and a well-known diplomat, visionary, statesman, scholar, President of India and above all a perfect Teacher.
Teachers mould the lives of the students by guiding them, by enriching their personalities, by imparting ethical and moral values and have more influence on them. Teacher's Day is celebrated with great enthusiasm in many parts of the world. This day is dedicated to the teachers with the sense of respect, appreciation, encouragement and support for their devotion to their students.

Webinar on Financial Empowerment
Financial Empowerment Through Wealth Creation in collaboration with Association of Mutual Funds in India(AMFI), Shri Surya Kant Sharma, Senior Consultant AMFI, who was keynote speaker in the webinar at the outset touched upon the importance of financial security of individuals. He emphasized that an investor should first think and ensure adequate life insurance, reasonable medical insurance cover and an emergency fund before embarking upon the journey of wealth creation through sustained investments which is most essential for prosperity. He then made a vehement plea for regular savings and increase of savings every year minimum by 10%. He then dealt in detail on the need for wealth creation for prosperity and emphasised that investors should not be money accumulator but wealth creator which only would make them comfortable with regard to their money needs for their milestones in life.
