About Guest Lecture
Enter Event Lecture A major highlight of the talk was the role of sustainable materials, especially bamboo, in driving eco-conscious innovation. Mr. Murthy demonstrated various bamboo-based applications including electric bicycles, drones, pellets, composite materials, and green infrastructure. The presentation featured compelling visuals and a video showcasing bamboo bicycles as a sustainable mobility solution. He emphasized that bamboo not only acts as a carbon sink but also supports energy efficiency and reduced particulate pollution. During the interactive Q&A session, faculty members engaged in active discussions on implementing such sustainable solutions in academia and beyond. In response to a query of Prof. Ramakrishna, Mr. Murthy encouraged exploring collaborative opportunities in sustainability-focused projects and knowledge exchange initiatives.
