Every year, Vignan's University traditionally holds a fiesta during the month of June in the form of an Award of Merit scholarships and life skills in cultural programs. Vignan's University recognized the crucial role of life skills in students' lives and initiated life skills courses with 2 credits to enhance the co-scholastic abilities of the students.

Everything around the campus is an array of colors. All the students came dressed up in different shades of colors, and the podium became vibrant with the beautiful flowers and lighting with a digital screen background. The Annual Cultural Program and Scholarship Awards allow students to possess their dreams and recognize meritorious students. This program gave an opportunity for students to present their talents in music, dance, and drama. Performances in Utsav entertained delegates and parents, professors, and students were enjoyed by a wider audience. They are events of some importance related to some branch of art, culture, or values. The energized and motivated students showcase color-filled and informative-oriented performances.

The emphasis is on life skills education that helps students compete, make informed decisions, solve problems, think critically and creatively, communicate effectively, build healthy relationships, empathize with others, and cope with and manage their lives in a healthy and prosperous way. Students were taught to recognize the impact of their actions and were taught to take responsibility for them. As a result, students' perception of life skills developed and proved in this event. The program began with B.Tech Engineering students of Vignan's University presenting a song performance, followed by a dance performance, which was the cynosure of all eyes at the event. Students also took part with great enthusiasm in organizing market stalls as a startup business and displayed their creativity and business skills. These activities helped students develop financial management skills. Customer service, Leadership, Problem-solving.
