Dean, Engineering & Management - Dr. V. Madhusudhan Rao

The Students Activity Council (SAC) thrives to ensure that the views of our students are represented in management. Optional clubs like Literary Club, Cultural Club NSS, NCC, Eco-Clubs etc., inculcate love for social service, discipline and compassion for society, nature and culture.

Dean, Academic Registration & Evaluation - Dr. P. M. V. Rao

The continuous evaluation consists of periodic tests, mid tests, assignments, presentations and report writing thus covering both quantitative and qualitative techniques. This continuous comprehensive evaluation helps the student to effectively learn and demonstrate the course content. The institute regularly updates its evaluation methods, to realize the objectives of outcome based education. The steps taken to ensure quality, transparency and confidentiality are on par with the best practices adopted by premier institutions in the country.

Dean, Library & IT Services - Dr. K.V. Krishna Kishore

The artistically designed octagonal shaped library with more than 1,01,651 volumes, plenty of audio-visual materials and above 7,009 national & international journals, is indeed a rich repository of knowledge facilitating prospects for future research.IT services in the University provides the core IT systems, tools and services, internet, Wi-Fi facilities that keep the University running day-to-day in support of teaching, learning and research.

Dean, IQAC - Dr. M. Ramakrishna

IQAC acts as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating qualityrelated activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices. Right from the inception of VFSTR, Quality Assurance & Enhancement has been a thrust area. A team of experienced professionals ensures that the best systems are implemented in all departments, sections and preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) of the Institution. It is evolving mechanisms for ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks, procedures for optimization and integrationof modern methods of teaching and learning and the credibility of evaluation procedures. The main objective of the IQAC is to develop the Quality culture of the institution as per the guidelines and parameters of NAAC and participation in various surveys conducted by NIRF.

Dean, Academics & International Collaborations - Dr. D. Vijaya Ramu

We have introduced Project Based Learning approach to enable students gain in-depth concepts in the chosen area of their study. The curriculum is meticulously designed with projects arising from a combination of different courses (intra disciplinary projects), projects from different departments (inter-departmental) and Societal Centric projects from I to IV year of the program in addition to a semesterlong industry internship. Also, emphasis is placed on credits for physical fitness, sports and games. All the aforementioned salient features have successfully fortified our curriculum which enables higher percentage of placements and improve opportunities to pursue higher education in premier institutes in India and abroad. The office of International Affairs facilitates international exchange programs for aspiring students to pursue their internship in premier universities abroad.

Dean, Research & Development - Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao

The VFSTR University has a Board of Research and Development with an objective to promote research activities among the faculty members to attain academic excellence. It is our endeavor to make our system effective and sensitive to the needs of all stakeholders by undertaking collaboration with the industry to foster engineering research which is an integral part of the quality of technical education.

Dean, Students Affairs - Dr. M. S. S. Rukmini

The Student Welfare Committee (SWC) helps the students in academic, emotional and psychological progression. The IAS Academy, E-cell and GATE Academy trains students to crack national level competitive exams. This is aimed at helping students to become entrepreneurs, to grab employment opportunities available in the public sector as well as plan for post-graduate studies and research.

Dean, Planning and Monitoring - Dr. S. Krupanidhi

VFSTR, being placed in rural vicinity, is attracting students and faculty from various regions and abroad primarily because of the strong foundations laid in culture, curriculum, teaching and learning, infrastructure and placements. To foster and sustain the aforementioned events and to make students excel in their own discipline, day to day monitoring of events are under continuous surveillance by the Office of the Dean, Planning and Monitoring that has come into existence in the month of January, 2017.

Dean, Admissions - Dr. V. Ravi Kumar

VFSTR University lays great emphasis on holistic education that goes beyond the class-rooms, books and examinations. It offers a cultural and social milieu that is unmatched among institutions of higher learning. It provides serene environment for study and offers umpteen opportunities for students to excel in other fields. The University also has a scholarship scheme ranging between 10% to 75% in tuition fee based on academic merit, achievement in sports, economic and social background. Every year it is offering scholarships worth Rs. 3 to 4 crores at the entry level.

Dean, Training & Placements - Mr. D. Vijay Krishna

The Training & Placements Department of the University gives training and career counseling to the students. Meticulouslydesigned training programs aimed at improving communication, technical and leadership skills are spread through the entire course curriculum so that the students are continuously trained for both placements and for higher studies. The main objective of the Department is to help students in obtaining internships and placements in reputed companies across various industrial sectors.

Dean, Academic Faculty Development - Dr. A. Sharada

Faculty members, at VFSTRare trained to don several roles while shaping the career of their young learners. Towards this, Faculty Orientation (FOP), Development(FDP)and Enrichment(FEP) Programmesare regularly undertaken to sensitize the faculty on institutional Vision and Mission as well for training them on the essentials of effective Teaching-learning, Assessment and Research. The institution hosts and facilitates faculty to participate in workshops, discussion fora and Moocs courses besides motivating them for industry training to understand current trends and technologies. Faculty are also enabled through individual consultations toshare, experiencesof creative pedagogic practices, resources for learning (including sharing of e-content), student counseling and mentoring.
