Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

The Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering program has been formulated to provide students with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in their chosen profession. The program's main objective is to produce diploma graduates who can effectively contribute to the industry by applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Additionally, it aims to establish a solid foundation in principles of various electronics and communication systems, preparing students for future academic endeavours if they so choose. At VFSTR, the program's Program Educational Objectives are as follows.

PEO 1:To provide students with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of electronics and communications engineering, including circuit analysis, signal processing, and digital systems.

PEO 2: : To enhance students' critical thinking abilities and develop their analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills through practical and in-house training.

PEO 3: To provide students with a comprehensive understanding of cutting-edge electronics and communications technologies and tools, enabling them to pursue diverse career opportunities.

PEO 4: To deliver a strong academic, technical, and intellectual foundation that prepares students to pursue higher studies effectively.

These program specific outcomes ensure that graduates of the Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering program will have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a variety of careers in the field. They will be able to apply their knowledge to design and develop new electronic products, and they will be able to use cutting-edge technology to solve complex circuit problems.

PSO 1 :Be able to apply the fundamental concepts of electronics and communications engineering to design a variety of components and systems for applications including signal processing, image processing, communication, networking, embedded systems, VLSI and control system.

PSO 2: Be able to select and apply cutting-edge engineering hardware and software tools to solve complex Electronics and Communication Engineering problems.

PSO 3 : Be able to continue learning and adapting to new technologies in the field of electronics and communications engineering.
