The lab is furnished with advanced equipment, including a color matching cabinet, light fastness tester, round type 2.5kgs fabric dyeing machine, laboratory stirrer, infra color dyeing machine, spectro photometer, IFB dryer, hot air oven, Smart Rub XT, water bath (15 holes), and a universal two-bowl padding mangle.
In this lab, students gain practical experience in dyeing, printing, finishing, and testing of textiles. They learn to analyze and control color consistency, fastness properties, and other essential parameters to meet industry standards. The lab is furnished with cutting-edge equipment, including a trinocular microscope, comb sorter, ATIRA fineness tester, digital warp reel, Unistretch250, Ele twist tester, crease recovery angle tester, air permeability tester, abrasion cum pilling tester, automatic digital bursting strength tester, and a shrinkage measuring template & scale.

The lab boasts an array of sewing machines, including SNLS machines with automatic thread trimmers, Yamato 3-thread flat lock machines, Yamato 5-thread overlock machines, and Juki models (DDL 8100 CHX, HZL F600, HZL 80HP). Additionally, the lab features a straight knife cutting machine, vacuum ironing table, Sopheea digitizer, Usha embroidery machine, and a single-head computer embroidery sewing machine.
